This tea has a very well balanced flavor and is very similar to an Earl Grey tea in that it has an appealing broad spectrum of notes that come together to near perfect for a black tea.
I use different tea and Chai to get the different flavors I want, and their herbal teas are great as well. They are a great value for the money for the flavor that they pack, and Bigelow certainly offers enough of a selection at a phenomenal price.
I contacted Amazon to get a refund or another option to send, but I don't know if it's the first time we've had an issue with delivery, since we haven't had any issues like this in the past.
It has a strong flavor but it isn't overpowering and it has a counterbalance to the dark tones with the mildest hint of coconut.
I've never tried a black tea that is as aromatic as this one, and I'm pretty sure it's better than some of the others.

It tastes delicious even with no sweetener, but if you like it sweet, I would recommend using some powdered Swerve.
