  • What buyers say about Makita XCU06Z 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 10 Inch Top Handle Chain Saw BL1850B 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion 5.0Ah Battery

The price of the kit is comparable to buying four batteries and getting a blower and dual-port charger for free. My 8 year old gas blower is stronger and better at larger jobs, but the Makita is great for quick

I love this saw, it's light and easy to use, and I haven't tried it on anything bigger, but no reason to expect it will have trouble.

The kit comes with four 5 batteries, a dual-port charger and the saw, which is a great buy at $319, because you get the whole kit for the price of four batteries by yourself.

The rear-handle saw is what most people want, it is designed for cutting down trees and cutting them up.

The chain speed on that model was slower than this one, so maybe it was all for the better that I got this one.

    Common Questions

    Q:

    How much does it weigh?

    A:

The battery weight is 7.2 pounds with the manual.

    Q:

Is it a one handed saw only?

    A:

It's compact enough to be run with one hand if needed, and it has a side handle for 2 handed operations.

    Q:

The tool is only in the title, but the description says batteries and charging accessories are included. Which one is it?

    A:

It says it comes with batteries and charger, but Whiskeyman should know better than to throw stones from a glass house.

    Q:

How long do an oil tank last before it needs to be refill?

    A:

I don't know how long I'll use my Mak as a trim saw, but the battery will last a long time.

    Q:

Does the bare tool only version come with a chain?

    A:

The question was asked and responded to by a customer, and posted in the Amazon product description.
