  • What buyers say about ASUS TUF Gaming 27" 2K HDR Gaming Monitor (VG27AQ) - WQHD (2560 x 1440)

The picture quality is superb and the screen is beautiful, I paid the higher end price for it, and it has paper white whites.

The item was marked as delivered even though it wasn't, I checked the delivery areas a few times in a panic, worried that someone else had already collected it, even though I checked within 10 minutes of the status update.

I have happily moved on since getting this set up and adjusted to my liking, the color accuracy is amazing and I get a larger/clearer display with no change in gaming performance or mouse.

The screen has been fine after initial setup, and no dead or stuck/bright bits have been reported. For an IPS screen, its great to look at (and extremely bright, you can use the monitor at 0 brightness and

The colors are sharp and accurate, and the settings let you dial it in to you liking, but you won't get more display for under $500.

    Common Questions

Does this have vesa mounting points?

The vesa mount is 100x100mm and you can take it with the monitor.

What connection cords are there with it?

There were one HDMI and one DisplayPort cable in the VG27AQ.

Is the included display port cable capable of running a monitor at 165/170 hertz?

I can still get 170 frames per second on COD Warzone even though I'm using a 240hz Benq monitor.

Is it possible that this has a 3.5mm port for outputting audio?

The 3.5mm port for audio output is really important because the display's built in 2 watt speakers are terrible, which is why I'm using the VG27AQ instead of my last monitor.

How much better is this compared to the previous vg 27aq?

This monitor uses half the power of its predecessor, HDR400 certified, and has a 10-bit color depth, which is double the color depth of an 8-bit color depth.
