    I bought two of these monitors on July 10th and they are not a stand-alone case.


    The warranty hadn't expired yet and HP replaced the monitor after a somewhat lengthy return process, so there haven't been any other trouble since.


    I think it's only a trained eye that can tell the difference at first sight, with this display and my Apple desktop sitting side by side, in my opinion.


    The 27er monitor has a Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 10,000,000:1, and Response Time 7; however, at the time of this review, the 27er monitor's specifications list different information in 2 places.


    I have used many monitors, but this one impressed me the most, as I was already using a 27" monitor as the second screen on my laptop. I was already using another brand 27" monitor as the second screen on my laptop, and when I switched to this one the improvement was
