I checked in here and saw a big bottle which I haven't seen in stores near me, but they are sold out at my local store.

I have been using Monterey Seasoning for beef for a long time, so I decided to try it for fish. When I tasted it, I was afraid it would overwhelm the fish, but I used it on salmon and my wife as well.
I checked in and saw a big bottle of this seasoning which I haven't seen before in a store near me.
I tried it on beef and it wasn't what I wanted, but I think it's still a success if you're looking for a traditional flavor and color on your BBQ.
