    The chair provides some good comfort and ergonomics for the price that you pay. I firmly believe that this chair will easily keep me satisfied long enough to justify the cost before I upgrade.


    The assembly could have been faster if I used an impact tool to tighten the bolts. I needed a hammer to tap the castors into their sockets on the base.


    It's easy to build, only takes 15 minutes, and you can slide the pull into the fabric if you need to, since you zip the back up again after taking out the parts.


    I went to the garage to take the parts out of the packaging, because I wanted to assemble the chair as my old office chair was getting worn out.


    I think they have had a lot of problems with people not being able to find the parts because they have a big message on the cardboard when you open the box telling you to look in there, and they have a bright red plastic streamer telling you the same thing.
