  • What buyers say about Duramont Ergonomic Adjustable Office Chair

I have only been sitting in this chair for 3 days, but I already have a good idea of my pros and cons. It is easy to assemble, looks great, and I think it will last a while.

The 10 year warranty, the chair's Super comfortable bottom, the recline feature, and the arm rests are all positives.

Duramont reached out to me after writing the original review and they told me that there was a fix for the slipping problem, which I knew over time, would start to slip if you lean back too hard into the chair.

When I first opened the package, I was impressed by how big it is, but not by the scratch on anything, but the chair is very comfortable and looks and weighs heavy, so I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

The chair is sturdy and comfortable, and it came with roller blade wheels which make it easier to use than using a mat.

    Common Questions

    Q:

Does the chair have to be used if something is wrong days after it's assembled?

    A:

We can't control what policies they have when returning directly through Amazon, but if we are contacted directly, we will reimburse for any return shipping costs.

    Q:

Will the chair work for a person that is 6'5"?

    A:

The seat height and back height are great, but I can't get the headrest height to be at the base of my skull.

    Q:

What is the height of the arms at the lowest setting and the lowest seat height?

    A:

The arm rests are too high on their shortest setting, which is why I am returning the chair.

    Q:

What is the depth of the seat?

    A:

This is for my new school dorm, and I love the sense of the chair with the small study desk together.

    Q:

How do you keep the chair upright?

    A:

The lever on the right side of the chair is used to lock the rake of the back of the chair. I had a problem with it not locking the back, so I contacted the company and they sent me an email on a bolt that needed to be tightened.
