    It arrived 2 weeks early and was well packaged, but it has some overlaps with other pros and cons.


    They also provided cardboard cutter in the box, which is nice, as I broke the plastic at the end, but I think it's nice in case you strip something while trying to install the chair.


    The chair works well for me, but the comfort of chairs can vary based on your size and shape, and a tall or large person might not feel the same amount of comfort.


    The neck support is nice, but I don't use it often and it's difficult to lower the height once you realize you have to pull the lever out to the side.


    It took 35 minutes from start to finish, but it was worth it because they gave you gloves to protect your hands from sharp edges and grease, even though there was a bit of grease on the various bearings.
