The print quality was excellent, but it trimmed an eighth-inch of the image from all sides of the print, which I believe is due to my use of a straight-from-camera full-size 399.99" x 599.99" 72PPI image file.
The product is an excellent purchase for the price, even for a small business, and this would like to address the pros and cons of the product to better assist with the decisions others may face when considering purchasing this product.

Will it print with only black ink if the color cartridges run out?
If the printer is set to print in black and white, it will try to mix the colors to produce black, but I am not sure how long it will allow that before requiring you to replace the color cartridges.
Does it have ink on it?
Yes, it comes with starter cartridges, but you need to have the starter cartridge in order for it to install.
I'm interested in knowing if this printer will print double-sided jobs in color.
I used a fresh Word document to type the numbers and randomly colored them, then copied and pasted them to a second page and printed.
Will it be able to print on a smart phone or tablets?
It does a good job with Brother's app that allows you to print from most any phone.
Does this printer work with 3rd party cartridges or does it have an electronic chip inside?
The larger Dinsink refillable cartridge works well and the only issue is getting the plastic piece in place to tell the printer the door is closed.
