  • What buyers say about Canon Office and Business MB5120 All-in-One Printer, Scanner, Copier and Fax

I was really excited to try this Canon printer because I have been using Canon printers for many years and have had no problems with setting up or use and I wanted a wireless printer to connect to my laptop, well, they say there is a first time for everything and this is it.

It is difficult to get to talk with the right person in Canon customer service or even to get a live person on the line, because they don't always have the right person on the line.

This all-in-one printer has met and exceeded my expectations, particularly within its price point and class, and I have had it plugged in and in use for two days.

If only a single person is using the printer, I wouldn't recommend this unit for anything other than printing a single, dedicated size paper in an environment where more than one person has access to it.

I don't know what I did before I got a duplexing printer, but I did open the tray, turn the paper over, and ran it through again.
