  • What buyers say about Wireless Business Printer

I have been using a Canon printer for a long time, I own a Brother laser in both color and black only, and the one I am replacing is the WorkForce WF-7510 wide format, which I have never had an issue with.

I was very happy with the printer I received this afternoon, it was easy to use, and it prints great on 8 1/2 x 11 glossy photo paper.

I asked what it was, I got my education quickly, and the printer worked better than it had with the originals, until one day a year ago.

I'm excited to add this printer to our home, I do a lot of crafting and projects, and we often need to print larger than letter sized, so I have the Epson Workforce... it did its job, but it's simply huge.

I am very happy, but I am not sure when it will be set up, but I wanted to let people know that the shipping was great, even though it came from a 3rd party.

    Common Questions

    Q:

Does it take a lot of weight?

    A:

I have used it to print 140 pound watercolor greeting cards. It works great; maybe one out of 25 times it will hang up and you have to nudging the card to get it going.

    Q:

Will the ink dry out or the heads get clogs if I only use it a couple of times a year?

    A:

I had to go through the print head cleaning cycle after a month and it would be better if I removed the ink tanks and put their twist-off caps back on.

    Q:

Does it have a rear document feed?

    A:

The only way to feed the documents into the printer is through the rear document feed.

    Q:

What is the largest photo you can print and does it also have the ability to be scanned as well as copied?

    A:

I'm not sure if it prints borderless at 13x19 but I know it is for 11x17s and lower.

    Q:

I'm not sure if this is a better version of the X6520 than the new one.

    A:

The iX6820 is just the iX6520 with wireless, and the graphic quality is the same.
