  • What buyers say about HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Wireless Color Printer

The quality of the color printing is better than the best offset process, and the new printer runs perfectly, and with the added perk of HPs very reasonable price. I would have given this printer five stars but for the Quality Control issues and resulting inconvenience, but the new one runs perfectly,

It's best to leave the driver alone once the printer is working as you want it to, since the driver can be a little buggy, and you need to turn off the automatic software updates on your Mac.

The HP printer I use is nice and fast and I tell people it's a cheap laser, but it has a power on/off button that bends inwards and is strange.

If you are on the 300 page/month plan, you can have up to 300 additional pages in the bank after you have used up your monthly allocation.

This printer is one of the first to be included in the "Internet of things", a group of devices that handle their own redundant work, in this case reordering ink.

    Common Questions

    Q:

I don't know what instant ink is.

    A:

If you buy a good quality color printer for $150, there little chance HP can make money with that price, but HP does make some money with the ink subscription service.

    Q:

Is it compatible with chrome book?

    A:

I'm curious to see if there are chromebook drivers posted on HP's site.

    Q:

How is it possible with :inux Ubuntu?

    A:

If there is a HP Linux driver available directly from HP, you should not have a problem.

    Q:

What are the dimensions of the bag?

    A:

You received all the information you requested.

    Q:

How many pages does the ink print on?

    A:

It depends on a lot of factors, including amount of color, b/w only, duplex, and I am on their ink plan, and they determine when I will need ink and just mail it to me in plenty of time.
