    I like that it has a keyboard and a CD/DVD player, but they seem to be getting eliminated from every laptop these days.


    I bought a new laptop and it was great, I had never owned one before, but it was worth the wait.


    We travel for 2 months and can't return it until 30 days after purchase, so Amazon only agreed to give us a partial refund, and HP offered us some kind of exchange.


    It has never stayed connected to the internet since I bought it. Every phone, game console and laptop in our house stays connected just fine.


    The battery life is not very good, but it will get the job done.
