    I recently received a message from my HP8600 that told me to do things which didn't work and I thought back to how old it is and how happy I was with the performance of the machine over the years and that I was pleased with how it turned out.


    I am very happy with my purchase, but I would like to point out that there are not many pictures of the different HP models on the internet.


    The driver install was easy on the Linux computer, I think it's a good laserjet for the price, and the toner might last up to 12 months, which is better than my previous inkjet.


    I have used the software from Hamricks for over a 15 years and will not use the software from HP.


    I think they designed this way to keep customers from yelling at their tech because their products suck, but they don't have a function that allows me to speak with a human.
