What buyers say about HP LaserJet Pro M15w Wireless Laser Printer, Works with Alexa (W2G51A)
The instructions are not as clear as with every other printer and I found it odd that they say not to fan the paper.
I am very pleased that it is wireless and can be put on a shelf in a closet. I haven't checked the price for the printer yet.
The pros: it's tiny, and the color pallet looks good. I knew I would be sacrificing a lot ofFunctionality (Especially the duplex printing, which, lets be honest, is a basic and essential feature nowadays), but I was willing to live with that in order to save space
I had no issues setting this up on windows 10, I had originally given this product a 5 star review, but windows 8.1 has multiple software problems and so far no help from HP at all.
The printing is great, no problems so far, and the set up guide is available online, along with 24 hour support, so if you want to ask any questions you may have to go to the guide.
Does it print in color?
No, but then it does eat inkjet cartridges.
Does this work with apple products?
I would get one with the LCD if I were getting another printer, it's the only thing that's better.
Where can I find the printer's user guide?
The user guide can be found at www.hp.com/support/ljM14.
Does this product support auto duplex printing?
The M15w is not automatic, but you can find instructions on how to manually duplex in the printer's user guide.
How long do the toner last?
I use a generic version of the printer's original one, but it doesn't last very long.
