I got this bad boy to start working after a little more effort, and now that you know my background, here's a FORMAL review.

The processor limit was easy to figure out but the board/bios seems to indicate that I can over-clock the memory, which is a little misleading and clunky.

If you want a high-performing machine on a budget, then this is the board for you.

It took me a little over a week to get it, but I was very happy to finally have a halfway functional pc after spending a lot of money on an old chip.

While playing warzone the Zotac 1060 stays quiet and the case fan does as well, I love this for my first budget build, and it matches my friends 6th Gen i5 6400T 1060 build.

    Common Questions

    Q:

Does an i5 8400 work without problems?

    A:

I got the same setup as you, so don't worry, the i5 8400 works perfectly.

    Q:

I can't remove my graphics card, I've watched video's, and I can't find the switch that they talk about.

    A:

I had to remove the board and use a screwdriver to push the latch to release the GPU.

    Q:

I bought one of these and had a problem with using it. Anyone know how to fix it?

    A:

I just put in a new video card and it didn't cause any problems.

    Q:

Is it possible it will work out of the box with the 9th Gen CPU?

    A:

It depends on the 9th generation of the processor, for example if you want to put in a i5 9400f, that won't work out of the box.

    Q:

Does this support the i7 920?

    A:

This board supports 8th and 9th Gen and that processor is a 9th Gen.
