Is the measurement from the outer tip of the bowl wide?
I measured it and it's 21" at the widest point and 20.75" at the bottom.
Has anyone had their fire pit not work for a while? I opened the tank valve slowly to make sure there wasn't a problem, but no gas came out.
If the gas coming out was minimal, I would shut off the control valve on the bowl and turn back on the flame, which would clear the problem.
Can I change the fitting on the firebowl with a quick disconnect and use it?
The Outland Living Firebowls are CSA approved to be used with the hose and regulator provided with our units as we have tested and certified this product using the low-pressure regulator.
How hot does the feet and ring at the bottom get when it's between the pit and the ground?
I wouldn't put a table top, deck, plastic or anything other than cement on an outdoor patio.
Will the hose work with a 30lb tank?
We have tested and certified our products using a 20 lb propane cylinder, however, if a different sized cylinder is preferred, it would be used at one's own discretion; the regulator will ensure a stable gas pressure.
