It's a little bit expensive but it's worth it if you love pictures and you need to get it.
It's easy to set up, charge, add film, blue side down, download the HP Sprocket app, and personalize your picture with frames, stickers, or other decorations, then hit "print" and in seconds out comes your picture.
I am happy with the toy so far, but I will experiment with cheaper photo paper and use the original bar code cardboard thingy as recommended by others.
I was Impressed with the fine printing and the paper technology of the HP printer and decided to use it on two of my girl friends photos, they came exactly like the photos on my phone, and it was inkless on the hand.
The first few pics are not very good, and the pic came out with a little bit less quality than I anticipated, but it's easy to use; just download apps, and connected to your printer.

How long does it take for the divice to charge?
Not too long, but I don't use my device much for events and parties, so I plug it in before I use it each time.

I don't think so, I know it works with Polaroids Zink paper if you run the blue card from Sproket paper first.
