It works perfectly on my new He-Shed 15 AMPS and you don't want your He-Shed or She-Shed to burn down.

I have been using this power plug for a couple of years now and it has been a lifesaver for me, especially when I need to power my mobile command center case.

I have been using this for a couple of years now and it has been a lifesaver when I need to get ready for a trip. the screw pattern didn't match the old one but that's a very small price to pay for the confidence that

I ordered this because I saw a lot of positive reviews, and it is a quick and easy way to get power from my generator to my trailer.

    Common Questions

    Q:

What is the size hole that I need to drill?

    A:

I used a 1 11/16 inch diameter hole. You don't have to remove the back cover, but you do have to connect the wires to the plug.

    Q:

What is the size of the wire on the pigtail?

    A:

    I haven't opened it up, I think it's 14 ga.

    Q:

Is the pigtail permanently attached or can it be removed?

    A:

The male end comes off like a standard plug, the female end is encased in plastic, and could be cut off if necessary.

    Q:

What extension cord gauge would work with the external and internal ends of this product?

    A:

If using it for a lower wattage use less than 1000 watt then a 16 AWG cord should be fine.

    Q:

Will it work with my generator and battery charger?

    A:

If you want to mount this on the outside of a generator to run a battery charger mounted inside the generator, then as long as the battery charger draws less than 15 Amp of 120 volt power, it would work fine.
