The wheeled base makes it easy to move around on my patio, and the gas canister is locked behind a door so it can remain onboard when I move the grill.
It was a gamechanger because all of our friends were impressed with how well we cooked on it in a single evening.
It is a beautiful piece of art and I paid $309 for it, but keep an eye out for when the price goes down.
The box may look like a lot of parts, but it takes me only 35-40 minutes to assemble, since there is a large cooking surface raised and grease goes into a trap around the cooking surface.
It is easy to clean, just spread some Olive oil on the griddle surface and heat until the griddle stops smoking, cool and repeat 3 times.
