  • What buyers say about Anker PowerCore 13000 Portable Charger

Performance: With all the cables and charger, I shouldn't have any issues, but so far I haven't had to charge the power core much, to my astonishment, I was able to spend more than four hours in The walking dead saints and sinners.

I have been using this charger for a couple of months now and I have to say that it is a very good charger for the price and it does a good job of charging my phone and tablets at the same time.

The device made me an Anker fangirl and I have used it for over 3.5 years. I keep it in its travel pouch and it still works well even though it has been dropped many times and is out in the elements.

All this can be seen in the included photos, Performance: With all the cables and charger, I haven't had to charge the power core much, to my astonishment, I was able to spend more than 4.

I was happy to purchase this portable battery because I am wary of cheap charging equipment and it is lightweight, fast charging and has two USB ports- I go camping and attend concerts and festivals, and my friends always ask if I'm bringing this.

    Common Questions

    Q:

How long does it take to charge the powercore unit? It only had 3 lights after charging it for 16 hours, but it had 2 led lights out of the box.

    A:

Yes. The cheap generic 500 mA charger will take at least 26 hours to charge, but you can use the Anker IQ 24W dual charger.

    Q:

Will it charge a phone while it is unplugged or only when it is used?

    A:

I thought it would charge while it was being charged, but I was wrong. If you plug in a device while it is charging, it will not charge them.

    Q:

How many recharge cycles is the PowerCore 10400 rated for? The power bank is not the devices you're charging with it.

    A:

    I believe there is 1000+.

    Q:

Will it charge a Samsung Note4?

    A:

I have used it to charge a note 3, note 4, droid maxx, and note 5 and it works well on all of them.

    Q:

Does it come with an AC charge or just the cable?

    A:

You will need an AC to USB adapter in order to use it.
