I had ordered a 6 quart Crock pot but hadn't used it before and didn't think it was a good idea to order a bigger one. I ordered the 4 quart one because I didn't think it was a good idea to order a bigger one.
It leads to more even cooking since it has a digital interface and shut off capability. We tried an expensive one, but it didn't really perform better than our one, which was less than half the price.
I wash the appliance by hand after use, since it's cool to the touch. I think it's a good choice since these kinds of appliances can make a warm kitchen even warmer.
Since getting this, I have been able to make more complicated dishes that I would never have tried without enough time, and it has changed my life for the better.
I have had many larger and more expensive models, and this is the only one that has worked as well as any of them.
