  • Common Questions

Is it possible to turn off Alexa from listening?

It wants you to download an app to your phone to set it up, but we don't want it on either of the two.

Does this tv have a built-in speaker?

Is it possible to hook up my audio via bluetooth?

Does this tv have support for hearing aid?

I found out that the TV will support the hearing enhancement. You connect the TV ears transmitter to the optical connector and then go into the settings and select I think it was PCM or PMC, then it worked correctly.

    Does it have internet access?

When you say it has a lot of wireless technology, does that mean you don't need to use the internet from the outside?

The specs don't show what type ofusb it is, can anyone confirm it's usb 3?

I don't own one but why would it need to be a mini-tower to be able to transfer files between devices?
