  • What buyers say about Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro 7.1.4 Channel 600W Dolby Atmos Soundbar with 8" Wireless Subwoofer

I would increase the surface area on the center drivers to compensate for the driver size and fill the mid bass gap by removing the 8" sub line and only selling 10" subs because the 8" frequency range has too much crossover with low end vocals.

I am very hopeful that I will be as excited about the performance of the machine as I have been, because many attempts and scheduling conflicts had prevented Nakamichi from offering assistance.

I have been using this soundbar for a month now and I have decided to purchase another one for my basement, because I have been concerned about how it might affect the other system in the same house.

The soundbar is the same for both units and the extra surround sound speakers are nice but that is not really a factor because it is all about the bass and the 8's or 10" subs.

The surround sound speakers are stylish and nice looking, but I didn't like their sound as much as I thought it would, and you can have them out in the open if you want.

    Common Questions

    Q:

    Is this really worth it?

    A:

I bought this system from a 5.1 system and had no idea what to expect, but I am blown away at it.

    Q:

Is the Roku streaming stick compatible with a TV or sound bar?

    A:

If these devices don't have DD+, Roku won't transmit regular DD to soundbar or AVR.

    Q:

    How is each speaker powered?

    A:

The powered subs and the speakers plug into the subs.

    Q:

    What's the difference between 7.2 and 9.2?

    A:

The 7.2 is more economically focused and can be used in average size rooms or less.

    Q:

Can I use my phone's bluetooth to play music, and is this as loud as a good home stereo system?

    A:

I am not sure how these speakers are worth a grand, and I saw all the review hype before I bought one. I give it a 4 out 10.
