Common Questions
Will it work with Amazon Alexa?
I was able to pair this with my 2nd Generation Echo Dot via Bluetooth.
Does this soundbar have a volume level indicator so I know where the volume is at?
When connected mine displays on the TV as you change the volume on the bar.
Can I pair this with my xfinity remote control?
You can use the TOPVISION soundbar to connect to your mobile phone, tablets, and other devices.
The information says it does, but only a few reviews say it doesn't. Which is correct?
I understand that the subwoofer is within the sound bar itself and not a larger stand alone Box, and that you have the ability to increase or decrease the Sound on the remote control.
Does it turn on when the tv is on, or does I have to turn it off separately?
The tv remote comes with a Vizio, and the bar will tell you which mode you are in when the remote is used.
