    If you try to install an app from the Amazon store, it will send you to the Amazon app store to install it, even though there are other apps on the Amazon app store.

    I haven't tried using the Amazon fire tablets yet, I believe I need to have a subscription with prime in order to use it.

    I was not satisfied with the screen size, I was expecting a larger size for the Fire 8.


    Is it possible to turn off Alexa?


    You can turn off the orange button by going to Settings --> Alexa --> Hands-Free Mode and then you have to scroll down from the top of the screen to see the Quick Settings symbols.
