    This is a video that you can watch on your computer, tablet, or phone, and it's very easy to set up and watch at any time of the day or night.


    I found it very easy to put on the caps on the arms to cover the metal bars when they were folded, however I did find that some of the screw holes weren't quite aligned.


    I found this foldable one with a good size desk and even cup holders and was able to slide it inside and down the stairs into the basement.


    I have been using it daily and it runs smoothly and has a large laptop holder so I can watch video while I excises and have the safety protection.


    I was worried that it might take several hours to assemble it, but it only took me 10 minutes to put it all together.
