I am just starting to use this treadmill and will give an actual user experience after a month or two, the installation guy came timely and did his job well, I also expect that after sales service of the company, particularly within the warranty period will be the same as I received immediately after purchasing
I would like to extend my gratitude to the technician Mr. Umesh who did an excellent job during the assembly and explained all the features with a lot of patience.
I use it for running only and have found it to be a good fit for my needs, I will update the long term usage review.
It would have been great if we had a technician assemble it, because it would have been much easier to do that with a video.
It has been a month since I used the treadmill and there is no issue at all.
