  • What buyers say about Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill Series

Assembling the treadmill was very easy, it only took lifting the frame and bolting about 10 screws with no complex assembly, and I was up and running in 15 minutes.

I don't use it, but it's not much of a bother to me, it has a 2.25- HP motor and a 16" x 50" tread belt.

The handles are too low for my height, but it's not really an issue for me, since there are spaces to keep water bottles on the sides, but they aren't cup holder type and therefore prone to tipping.

If you don't get past the 90 day warranty, you will be responsible for the nose for the replacement parts.

The 2 year in- home warranty ICON FITNESS offered for $40 bucks was a no-brainer for me, considering the vast number of Premium treadmill brands they own.

    Common Questions

Does anyone know if the user weight limit will hold up for someone of that weight or should I just invest in something else?

The 275 lbs is a safety rating, and mfgs of quality equipment like this brand find the max amt it can hold safely over use, and then divide by a factor of 2 or more.

I've ordered one of these treadmills and I'm starting to worry about how difficult the assembly will be.

It was easy to set up by myself, the most time consuming part of the whole thing was moving it off the porch, around two corners into the room I wanted it in, and getting it out of the box.

I've read some reviews that say this thing is great or just a piece of junk, but I don't know if it's just the luck of the draw.

I don't think this is a piece of junk, for tall people and hardcore atheletes.

    Is it quiet?

I don't run on the treadmill, but I can hear the footsteps of my daughter on the surface from one room away.

My husband and I are both runners so I am looking for a treadmill that we can use to train. What kind of pace can you run at?

You can choose the pace you would like to run at manually from the controls, but if your doing 'intensity training', this is one of the controls on the panel.
