If you want to add storage, you should go to the app store, and find a way to add it.
You're going to see a lot of artifacts with lower resolution videos due to lossy compression, but it's not the TV causing it.
If you want to add apps to the Play store that Sony doesn't offer, you can load them.
This is a good TV, but it would make me crazy if I said that it was a good TV for a home theater in a smaller room or in a situation where your space/budget doesn't allow for all.
I have many TVs, but this is the first with the Android TV OS. It's pretty slick, but I feel bad for the technically-impaired people who prefer their TVs to come on and work right out of the box.
