  • Common Questions

I have a trailer hitch that is 60x20. Will I have a problem with this bag?

It fits our hitch mounted rack nicely and will work well.

I have seen reviews on almost all bags, how is it for heat or melting?

We traveled from Minnesota, to Washington State, to San Diego through Phoenix and back to Minnesota in March, but the bag was wonderful, it was 70 degrees in Minnesota, but it was dry and dry out of the vehicle for space saving.

The description says it will fit in any standard 60" cargo carrier, but the 60" carrier I bought is only 20" wide, will it fit?

I purchased on Amazon a perfectly sized Reese cargo bag, that fits a 60" X 20" carrier and is 24" high.

They did not complete the second application of Velcro, the lid has its fair share, but the base of the bag has none. How do I contact the company?

I don't know why you would need Velcro at the base, the bag has straps to secure it.

I need to order U bolts to strap the bag to my trailer, would a 3-inch wide U be wide enough?

The straps are too small for me to help with the rest. I secure them to the carrier on my RV.
