  • What buyers say about Greenworks 48V 21" Brushless Cordless Self-Propelled Lawn Mower

Will need at least 6 batteries to cut the patch of grass, plus the AGGRAVATION of trying to stop and then going for the extra batteries to complete the mowing, turtle mode is very useful.

The Greenworks 21" Brushless Self-Propelled lawn mower is my first electric lawn mower, and I am very impressed. The lawn mower was easy to assemble, the controls are simple, and all the parts of the lawn mower feel and look like real lawn mower.

The battery life on this mower is really good, I am able to get the areas mowed that I need a push mower for in one charge (about 25 minutes of mowing) and that is with with the self propel going.

It's an extra $280 on a mower, or an awful lot of convenience if you have a larger lawn, but it won't give you enough time to run it before another 90-minute gap before the first set of batteries is charged back up.

The front of the mower is 21” across, compared to the 16” on the old one, which was very easy to mow.

    Common Questions

    Q:

Is it possible for it to hang on a wall?

    A:

You could probably figure out a way to hang it on the wall with all the different types of hanging devices available, but your best bet would be to fold it down as at these other folks said.

    Q:

    Is it assembled?

    A:

The handles need to be assembly, it's straight forward, if you need assistance with this please contact our support team.

    Q:

I've heard that the measurements listed in the description may not be correct, but what is the actual tallest height-setting on this mower?

    A:

The general rule for cutting grass is not to cut more than 1/3 height.

    Q:

Is the extension cord a two or three-prong one?

    A:

The 100 ft cord was suggested by Amazon and it has a stamped edge.

    Q:

Would this lawnmower be a good choice for a lawn with a lot of leaves?

    A:

I have a lawnmower that is very strong and can handle leaves that are very thick. I have a small yard that I use a 100 foot cord to cut it. After two years or so years it just quit.
