  • What buyers say about Charles River Apparel womens New Englander Wind & Waterproof Rain Jacket

I ordered a 2X because most of the reviews said to go up from what you normally would wear, which I wear a XL in most shirts and coats lately, and pants are 16, so I thought I would give it a try.

I haven't owned a proper raincoat in a long time, because I couldn't find one that fit all my needs, but this one is perfect, I got this one for taking walks, and it fits well.

I ordered a size large because I wanted to make sure I could put it over heavier clothes, but the rain coat has a drawstring at the bottom if a tighter fit is needed, and there are pockets and velcro at the sleeves to close them up tighter.

It was easy to pack because it is thin, and it fit well, keeping me warm and the wind out at 45F.

This jacket is light and warm, and I liked wearing it when it was warm in South America, since I could carry it around with me and tie it around my waist.
